Same truck blowing smoke. I feel that your are the original designer because you've got about 12 other layouts that match this style of whimsy. This 'Wolfwood' character only has 'anime' layouts up here; nothing even REMOTELY in this 'truck' style. I don't want to jump the gun but I think he 'lifter' some of his 'other work', too. The artwork on his other layouts is much more complicated than the truck (like Japanese style manga or something), and if he (ahem) 'lifted' the truck, then he lifted some of the other stuff, too.


If you don't know this dude and he doesn't have some site you contributed this layout to, he needs to have his account CLOSED on here IMO. The audacity to take somebody's work and put it up here on the same damn site. No. This affects us ALL.

Thanks Schizo. Sorry to keep this up but I mean how do I create the links like "Add", "Block", "Comment", ect...the 5 links so other people can use them. This is the layout:

The so-called 'buttons' for add, comment, ect. are in the photos themselves but how do I hook up the links so when people click these photos, it takes them somewhere.

I've been trying to figure this out for hours today and hours yesterday. I've been looking all over for tutorials on "linking Myspace DIV's". Nothing. Couldn't find a thing on it-not here, not on Google, not anywhere. I'm not saying they don't exist: I am just saying that I cannot find them yet.

This is what I cooked up with Dreamweaver after 'hot-spotting'. Not one single code works. I put in the 8 X's for Friend I.D. but they just weren't there when I took the code to my "edit profile Section"

No problem! But I'm not sure if I understand your question. When they say put XXXXX instead of your ID, they mean if you're planning to let other people use the layout. It makes it easier for them to plug in their ID because they won't know which numbers to switch out. If the layout is just for you, put in your ID.

Oh, I'm sorry that happened when you confronted him. I'm sorry he went crazy like that. Maybe he didn't know how to do anything else and your confronting him made him realize that other people were noticing this, too. When I had my rejections (7 graphics), I sent the reviewer a thank you note for her time and consideration. I'm here to learn- if I knew everything, I wouldn't need to be here. Idk about the guy you had to confront- maybe he knew everything. Ha ha(: That's a joke: nobody knows everything: DD

Schizo, I've made a layout and I thank you for allowing me to see your layouts on your site. I saw those codes but ultimately they meant nothing to me because I didn't really know what they meant. I ended up just studying Scripts on here and a few other sites I stumbled upon while Googling. for tutorials. In short, I studied. Nothing beats that in that end:D But do you knowm I'm sort of wondering about creating Myspace links for the DIV. They say to put X's instad of my own user I.D. (I think 6 of them-my layout is 1.0). Well, I don't want to make this comment too long with details. How do we link MANUALLY. My photoshop trial will be over in 13 days so I can't depend on that for the long run.....Thank you very much in advance xo

They can't really reject stuff for repetition....even though we had an issue with a guy who would submit the same layout but with different colors all the time when I was on staff. He was an ass too. I politely confronted him about it and he went all 10-year-old on me. :/

Yeah, I hate those. Especially those 'bands'. I've never heard of 'any' of them and I actually think it's the same exact band over and over. I'm surprised they keep being accepted because of the repitition oO

That's because mostly the same people make CB layouts. Same people = same style. I've only made the one because I don't go on CB too much these days. D:

Hi! I did a little snooping around and founde out what happened to Whateverlife.com. I know you didn't ask for this information but that site got hacked into! Some malware or something...So Google blocked Whateverlife, and Internet Explorer did, too. Maybe some other search engines did, too. I don't know. It's really awful- she worked so hard on that site and for so long. I sent you a PM the other day with links to 3 of my layouts but after I pushed "send" my account told me I sent "nothing", so Idk. ttfn
