Thanks Schizo. Sorry to keep this up but I mean how do I create the links like "Add", "Block", "Comment", ect...the 5 links so other people can use them. This is the layout:

The so-called 'buttons' for add, comment, ect. are in the photos themselves but how do I hook up the links so when people click these photos, it takes them somewhere.

I've been trying to figure this out for hours today and hours yesterday. I've been looking all over for tutorials on "linking Myspace DIV's". Nothing. Couldn't find a thing on it-not here, not on Google, not anywhere. I'm not saying they don't exist: I am just saying that I cannot find them yet.

This is what I cooked up with Dreamweaver after 'hot-spotting'. Not one single code works. I put in the 8 X's for Friend I.D. but they just weren't there when I took the code to my "edit profile Section"

I just don't understand. The Dreamweaver isn't working for me. You're used to looking at codes and making layouts. What should I do?

Oh, I'm sorry that happened when you confronted him. I'm sorry he went crazy like that. Maybe he didn't know how to do anything else and your confronting him made him realize that other people were noticing this, too. When I had my rejections (7 graphics), I sent the reviewer a thank you note for her time and consideration. I'm here to learn- if I knew everything, I wouldn't need to be here. Idk about the guy you had to confront- maybe he knew everything. Ha ha(: That's a joke: nobody knows everything: DD

Schizo, I've made a layout and I thank you for allowing me to see your layouts on your site. I saw those codes but ultimately they meant nothing to me because I didn't really know what they meant. I ended up just studying Scripts on here and a few other sites I stumbled upon while Googling. for tutorials. In short, I studied. Nothing beats that in that end:D But do you knowm I'm sort of wondering about creating Myspace links for the DIV. They say to put X's instad of my own user I.D. (I think 6 of them-my layout is 1.0). Well, I don't want to make this comment too long with details. How do we link MANUALLY. My photoshop trial will be over in 13 days so I can't depend on that for the long run.....Thank you very much in advance xo

Yeah, I hate those. Especially those 'bands'. I've never heard of 'any' of them and I actually think it's the same exact band over and over. I'm surprised they keep being accepted because of the repitition oO

Well, what I do is paint the shoe white as a base, sketch on it, outline it with a black sharpie, and then paint it with acrylics; but I've seen people use watercolors too. I've also used paint markers.

Hmm they do? That's weird... there aren't any blue borders when i view it, but I'll still use that anyway haha. Thanks so much for helping me though! I was getting so frustrated trying to figure everything out, and I didn't think it would be so simple lol.
Yeah, I was a little fearful when I first painted my own shoes 'cause I didn't wanna ruin them either, but after a while it gets really fun and addicting haha. I think you should try it though. Especially since your layouts are awesome so why not transfer that awesomeness into shoes! haha

I prefer the shorter bob cut hair. Or maybe it's because of the mug.

I have opened the Webs account and I've really been trying with the layout I have there to shape it into what I want but I need more practice. It's like I can't get a blank page on the Webs, and I've really been...I'm getting a bit frsutrated because I feel like I can't even 'start something. With the layout from your site, I'm just going to play around with the structure on here to learn more about how a layout is coded. There is no stealing here- this is with your permission. Hi! I did a little snooping around and founde out what happened to Whateverlife.com. I know you didn't ask for this information but that site got hacked into! Some malware or something...So Google blocked Whateverlife, and Internet Explorer did, too. Maybe some other search engines did, too. I don't know. It's really awful- she worked so hard on that site and for so long. I sent you a PM the other day with links to 3 of my layouts but after I pushed "send" my account told me I sent "nothing", so Idk. ttfn

I will follow your advice and I am so glad to get it:D Btw, on another quick note: I've been trying to pull up Whateverlife.com and it's like I can't. Have you tried recently (probably not)? It's weird. Maybe it's just my computer but I know she paid the bill-on her site. Unless she's retired (at 18)? I like "your" site. It's looks great- nice colors, easy to navigate, and wonderful layouts! Much better than Crushlyts to me because after I got past the blinking lights and colors, I saw that the layouts themselves were "not" that interesting..just plain. But at least it's all free so I'm not complaining:D May I re-contact you if I have some more questions ( and ofcourse, I will contact you about every permission, and that is a promise).:DD

That is sooo sweet of you! And such a fast respond to my query- that was doubly sweet! I really appreciate this advice so much! Let me ask, does the site you mentioned have a fee and if so, would any "free" sites" be a mistake for what I'm trying to do? The other thing is that I read the ' submitted layout stipulations' on here and I thought it said any submitted layouts cannot have been made with the help or use of a "generator"- that everything must be from scratch". Maybe I misunderstood because there was a lot to read there. But with "Web.com" (I don't have the exact name of the site you've just given me in front of me) I can build a layout like some of those on this site? Even create some flash effects?

Hi there! I hope you don't mind that I altered the layout a bit. I'm learning what I can do with colors and so forth with different layouts and fiddling around with them. I've been trying to find a "place" to experiment with layouts but I uploaded a layout from Crushlyts.com onto a Myspace 1.0 account I rarely use now (but want 2 keep since the Myspace transition to 2.0) and some of the coding went into the ad banner so I to take it down fast before they deleted me account. A little afraid to play around w/coding over there . Maybe you can suggest a place I can create my own layout from scratch and see it as it's being built? I'd really appreciate it.:D I'd like to create my own CreateBlog layout and put it up. Thank you so much in advance!
